Recently, the newly upgraded optical-grade fused silica viewport windows from Lianyungang Shengfan Quartz have been officially launched. Made of high-purity fused silica substrate and processed by fine grinding & fire polishing, these viewports deliver high light transmittance, excellent temperature resistance and corrosion resistance for semiconductor chambers, high-temperature vacuum furnaces, UV optical inspection, laser equipment and analytical instruments, supporting localized and customized supply of core optical components for high-end equipment.
Different from ordinary glass, fused silica viewport windows adopt JGS1 / JGS2 high-purity quartz material. They feature outstanding transmittance covering deep ultraviolet to near-infrared spectrum with low fluorescence. With an ultra-low thermal expansion coefficient, its softening point reaches 1730°C and continuous working temperature up to 1100°C. It has superior thermal shock resistance and resists cracking and deformation under rapid temperature changes. Chemically inert, the material stands strong against strong acid and plasma erosion. It avoids fogging and devitrification in vacuum, plasma etching and high-temperature sintering environments, maintaining a clear viewing field.
Custom shapes including round, square and special profiles are available. Services such as precision grinding, chamfering, polishing and anti-reflection coating can be provided according to customer drawings. Flatness, parallelism and surface defects are strictly controlled to meet sealing, assembly and optical testing requirements. Widely used for observation ports of semiconductor deposition & etching chambers, tube furnaces, muffle furnaces, UV curing systems, spectrometers, biochemical analyzers and aerospace optoelectronic devices, the windows isolate high temperature, dust and corrosive media without interfering with optical signal collection, ensuring safe and reliable online monitoring.
