This cooperation case focuses on mass customized quartz glass sheets with dense precision holes for an overseas optical testing equipment manufacturer. The customer needed high-transmittance fused silica substrates with uniform hole arrays, strict dimensional tolerance and high thermal shock resistance for UV light detection and high-temperature testing equipment.

    Advanced femtosecond laser drilling process, hole diameter tolerance controlled within ±0.01mm, neat hole edge without chipping, no micro-cracks inside the glass. Support single hole, dense hole array, special-shaped hole layout as per customer drawings.

    Inner & outer surfaces fully flame polished, ultra-smooth flatness, high light transmittance, no scratches, low light loss during optical testing.

    All finished quartz sheets go through high-temperature annealing to eliminate internal stress, effectively prevent cracking under repeated cold & hot cycles.
  5. Multi-Shape Customization
     
    Support square, rectangular, round disc, special irregular shape; customizable thickness, chamfer, step surface, through holes & blind holes.
